"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "

"The property was spacious and bright. There was a Spar shop opposite. It was a short walk to the beach and 4 miles from the Eden Project . 5 mins walk from the train station. I would use it again."

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "This little house was just right for our autumn visit. Perfectly located for exploring all our favourite haunts along that stretch of the north Cornish coast. The house itself is very well equipped.m; comfortable, good wifi, well equipped kitchen and the underfloor heating was a treat. Highly recommended. "

"Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay.
