With 2 cozy bedrooms, a mezzanine with extra beds (including one for children), and two bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups. Your furry friends are warmly welcomed, making it a true getaway for the whole family. The private swimming pool (open May–September) is surrounded by loungers for sunny afternoons, and the spacious fenced garden offers plenty of room for pets to play.

Start your mornings with a scenic walk through nearby Saint Pierre le Moutier, just 9 km away, or enjoy fresh pastries from the local bakery 2 km from your door. Het is een mooi huis met prachtige grote tuin. Het zwembad is heerlijk en omringd door comfortabel meubilair, waardoor het goed ontspannen is. De omgeving is groen en rustig. We hebben allerlei vogels gespot, maar ook reeën en een vosje! Gelet op de prijsklasse en onze ervaring met vergelijkbare huizen viel dit huis wel tegen als het gaat om schoonmaak, onderhoud (bijv. verzakte tegels bij zwembad met verwonding aan voet als gevolg) en service (de beloofde fietsen waren onbruikbaar, badlinnen bleek slechts 1 handdoek p.p. waardoor we zelf handdoeken moesten kopen).

Le Chantenay is een verborgen pareltje op het Franse platteland. Het authentieke huis is schoon, verzorgd en heeft een heerlijke grote keuken. In en rondom het zwembad is het lekker relaxen. De hottub die binnenkort wordt toegevoegd, geeft nog een extra vakantiegevoel. De hond had de tijd van zijn leven. Op het grote (goed omheinde) perceel kon hij heerlijk rennen, spelen en nieuwsgierig kwispelen naar de koeien in het naastgelegen weiland. Het huis heeft veel privacy door de locatie in de landerijen net buiten Chantenay-Saint-Imbert. De snelweg is vlakbij, waardoor je in afzienbare tijd bij een van de nabijgelegen stadjes en/of winkelcentra bent. Het contact met de eigenaar is snel en gastvrij. Le Chantenay is een fijn adres voor een relaxte vakantie van alle gemakken voorzien.

La disposizione spaziosa era perfetta per la nostra famiglia di quattro persone e i bambini adoravano la piscina, Ci siamo divertiti a cucinare nella cucina ben attrezzata e a cenare all'aperto nel bellissimo giardino, Inoltre, avere il nostro cane con noi ha reso tutto ancora migliore! La vicina città di Saint Pierre le Moutier aveva un'atmosfera incantevole, perfetta per passeggiate mattutine, Consigliatissimo per una rilassante fuga in famiglia
