Indoor facilities
Villa Aelia will impress you with its style and comfort. There are six airy elegant bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and linens, 4 of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have enough room, contemporary design, comfortable beds, and all the amenities such as a mirror, wardrobe, and desk. There are 6 bathrooms either with showers or a bathtub. You can find bath amenities made from Cretan olive oil, and drops of Cretan olive oil, and bring a taste of the Cretan treasures in your bathroom.
The two fully-equipped kitchens will make your stay easy. The first one is located on the first floor of the house and the second one is on the ground floor. The second kitchen offers direct access to the swimming pool. You will be able to enjoy cold drinks and prepare meals and snacks while your kids play in the pool area. There are two cosy living rooms with a fireplace and dining areas. The villa is very big and there are many lounge places!


Outdoor facilities
Villa Aelia is like a hidden paradise surrounded by trees and flowers. The private big-size 50m2 pool awaits you to swim and relax on the sun loungers. A wooden pergola offers shade on the dining table and the barbeque area close to the pool. This is the ideal spot for entertainment day and night. The yard is connected to the ground floor and you have direct access to the kitchen and the living room.

Lovely vacation villa

We had a very nice time in the villa. Great pool area, very nice rooms and bathrooms, lots of space and quite close to Chania. A great place to stay for big familys or a group of friends.

Great house, Great host, a little bit hard to find the first time but google maps helps, neighborhood dogs bark a little bit any time of the hour, Stella (the property manager) was just great and very helpful.

Fabulous villa stay

14 of us (3 generations of one family) have just spent a week at this beautiful villa. The property is newly renovated, very well appointed & high spec; the bedrooms & bathrooms are very luxurious, with super comfy beds & excellent air con. The ground floor area works particularly well, with the large pool, deck & outdoor bbq / seating area leading into the new kitchen with huge dining table. We ate outside every lunchtime & eve, & it was excellent to find such a good arrangement. The villa was spotlessly clean. The only downside was that - as the property only sleeps 12 in proper beds - the additional camp beds, while fine for smaller children, are not really sturdy enough for teenagers +. Stella was a fantastic property manager, very responsive to our queries & full of useful suggestions. She very kindly did a comprehensive shop prior to our (very late) arrival, & was very accommodating for a late check out. I have given 4 stars for check in only because, having arrived late & in the dark, the google coordinates for the villa took us to the immediately previous house, next door! In the daylight we realised that there is a clear villa sign at the entrance to the villa; it would have been helpful to have known to look for this! The villa is in a vey residential area, so beautifully quiet & tranquil, apart from a few barking neighbourhood dogs! A really lovely stay.

Space and comfort

What a fantastic space, beautiful pool, garden, superb 6 bedrooms and loads of space. Super comfortable beds in the bedrooms. Lots of bathrooms, whole house very clean. Great proximity to both Chania (+-7kms) and a lovely walk local beaches (+-2km's - can be hot in mid summer). You do need a car. Local village also pretty, walking distance (+-800m), and perfect for essential groceries. The only criticisms (which is perhaps unfair because our whole family loved the stay) were the neighbourhood's barking dogs at night (in otherwise perfect silence); 2nd kitchen gas stove didn't work (but wasn't really needed as the poolside kitchen is better to entertain); and the beds / sleeper couches outside of the 6 bedrooms weren't great (so if you only need the 6 bedrooms then you're in heaven). Stella was exuberant and helpful.

Absolutely stunning Villa, with an amazing host. The whole family had a brilliant time!!!

I cannot recommend the Villa and Stella as a host more highly. The Villa itself is very clean with beautifully decorated rooms and a gorgeous Kitchen. The pool is a great size and is perfectly located in the countryside, with some outstanding local taverns within walking distance. Stella as a host was quite frankly the best in the business. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was brilliant. Again I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amazing house! Perfectly located close to Hania and the beaches!

The house has just been completely renovated, all furnitures and appliances looked new. The house was perfect to accomodate our large groupe of 11, all bedrooms and all beds were confortable. The balconies offer a gorgeous view on the surrounding villages and the sea. Overall our rental expericence was A-1 and the managers were just awsome.
