He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."

The issue is with cleanliness. Often the toilets were not cleaned before the new guests came in. in some cases we found the room did not have some fittings like toilet seat cover, shampoo/shower gel dispenser. there were smells in some...

The gym and spa were a great bonus. The staff was warm and professional. Best part—it’s quite budget-friendly compared to other 4-star hotels in the area. Excellent value for money.
