"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)"

"We had a wonderful stay at Matthiol Boutique Hotel. The room was beautiful, and I highly recommend using the sauna—it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
Breakfast was phenomenal, and we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which honestly was one of the best dining experiences we had in Zermatt. The food and atmosphere were outstanding.

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit genügend Platz für drei Personen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch der Spabereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. "
