Waterfront Home! Relax & Enjoy the Serenity of Lake Palestine.

Enjoy the beauty of Lake Palestine from the large wrap around deck overlooking the water. The open concept floor plan assures a great view of the lake from inside of the house. Our home is furnished with comfort in mind, so you can unwind and leave your cares behind. Plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining, along with a fire pit to make the perfect smores. The boat ramp is just a few houses down on the same street!
Come enjoy nature and the peaceful surroundings of Lake Palestine. We have 2 kayaks available for guest to use! Truly a perfect escape for the weekend or the week. The house is just steps away from the boat dock. The dock is furnished with seating on the deck for tanning, or simply relaxing overlooking the beautiful view. Great location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, and boating! Enjoy excellent fishing right from the dock!


Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Room #3 has 4 twin beds (2-sets of bunk beds.) There is a futon that can sleep 2 in the living area.

Security cameras are outside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images.

ABOUT CHANDLER, TEXAS
Chandler is only 7 miles away with many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and hardware stores.

Zip lining only 25 minutes from Chandler.

Tyler only 16 miles and boasts a zoo, shopping, amusement park, skating rink, several movie theatres, any and all restaurants and bars.

Cobwebs

Not impressed with cleanliness upon arrival. Cobwebs were not cleaned and on furniture inside. The air conditioner would not work. Host placed a claim that did not occur during stay. Door was like that prior to stay.

Beautiful lakefront property!

This property is an absolute delight especially if you like fishing. The layout was perfect for the seven of us! Make sure you wake up early for the incredible morning view of the lake from the deck of the house! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner! That was amazing! Plenty of towels and pillows too!

Perfect Getaway

Great location on the lake. Very relaxing and incredible view. Host was friendly and responsive. Home was close to town and near the event we traveled for. Will need to travel again during warmwr weather to enjoy the lake and amenities we did not get to take advantage of. Highly recommend.

Great lakehouse to get away from it all...

This was our second stay at this particular lakehouse and just had a great time. The house, the boat dock, and the veiw are wonderful. Reasonable price, not too far from DFW, but far enough to feel like you are away from it all.

We so enjoyed this beautiful home with gorgeous sunrises! Big lake dock with lots of seating as well as a nice deck off the house. Well decorated house with a kitchen that had everything you need! Great stay!

Fishing Tournament Greatness

We stayed here for a weekend fishing tournament and would definitely recommend. Great boat dock and location for fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed for grilling and cooking. Lots of seating outside. Great place!

Lake Palestine Getaway

The photos speak for themselves. A beautiful setting in a house on the lake. All the amenities of a modern home with a deck, a wondrous view, plenty of room and with access to nearby convenience stores or takeout pizza or bakery goods. Had a many a soul soothing experience on the deck watching the waterfowl and sunrises. Property manager was an outstanding communicator.

Comfortable lake house in calm setting

Very nice lake house with comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry pair, game room, and a deck out back with a BEAUTIFUL view of Lake Palestine. Very easy to find. Easy to "check in" and owner very responsive. Highly recommend!

Awesome Long Weekend!

Lake house was perfect for our 5th Annual Cousins trip! House and property were as advertised. We brought our Jet Ski and the lake, dock and boat ramp were nice! We had a fantastic trip!

Last minute weekend getaway

Lucky to find this property for a last minute getaway. Perfect location with wide beautiful views of the lake from the sunroom, deck and boat dock. Nice quiet neighborhood. Went swimming right off the boat dock and used the kayaks that came with the rental with no extra fee. Cindi was awesome, always available to communicate with and shared information about the area. This place is on my favorite list for a repeat stay. Book with confidence. Bruce

Overall we had a great time. The house was perfect and clean. The view completely amazing. Had every pot and pan we could think of. The host was amazing in communication and helping us with the dock. She sent someone out right away. Had a great time and will definitely book again.
