Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

This house was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful!! It’s nice when you can get away from the regular hustle and bustle and just relax!!Hollie was the best host we have ever had with the many houses that we have stayed in!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Fish were biting and the view was beautiful! We had a wonderful time just fishing off the pier and spending time together! The house is wonderful and has everything we needed! Looking forward to a return trip soon! Hollie was great to work with!

Lovely location, host was great!

The property was just as advertised! My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay, taking advantage of the fire pit, looking at the stars and sitting on the dock benches. Hollie was very helpful with any questions we had and great to work with!

Peaceful getaway

My family and I were in my hometown for a wedding and wanted a place to stay where we could relax after going to a lot of events! This place was absolutely perfect, we did not have one single problem or issue and the host was so incredibly nice and helpful! She even let us use her kid’s fishing poles!! We were able to fish and kayak among just getting to have a homey place to relax after long busy days! My family and I had the best time and my kids are already asking to stay there again!! I highly recommend staying here and definitely will come back! Thanks again Hollie for having such a beautiful place!!

We were celebrating our 34th anniversary. Last minute trip. Glad to find this house with a boat dock. House is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee. Holly was very responsive with my questions. . Would stay here again
