"Our stay was absolutely private and super peaceful. Our wonderful host was nearby but did not interfere with our stay at all. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was heavenly, the daily visits from deer, and the charming, authentic cabin was marvellous. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Marilyn! "This property was absolutely stunning and Karen is the true definition of a superhost. The house was extremely clean and eloquently and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, the property had all the needed amenities in great working condition and Karen was great at providing relevant information about places to visit in the area. We were even greeted with a welcome sign, box of chocolates and bottle of non-alcoholic wine which was perfect for the family....

"Very comfortable and large house. Loved the family room with a large screen TV, a large couch, and great views of the water! Air conditioning was outstanding in every room in case you are there on a warm day. Easy drive into St John's (12 to 15 minutes) and to grocery stores. Note there is an apartment in the basement. Didn't bother us at all. Overall, a Great house!"
