Located in a peaceful village in the Dordogne, this 10-bed cottage invites you to discover the charms of the Périgord Nontronnais (Périgord vert) through its beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes.

Old house with an up-to-date taste composed of:
- On the first floor: kitchen with bar, separate living room with double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, hallway, toilet
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed and the last with 3 single beds
- Small garden at the back of the house, after a quiet alley, with barbecue on request
- Public parking in front

Bed linen, towels, washing machine, wifi and TV included.
On request: travel cot, barbecue

Possibility to rent the adjacent house, our second gîte, for a total of 18 beds.

Located 50km from Angoulême, Périgueux and Limoges by road, the cottage will allow you to access the tourist places of Brantôme, Oradour-sur-Glane, Nontron and Bourdeilles in less than 45 minutes by car.

This is a non-smoking accommodation. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 20 euros.

Check-in is from 4-5 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. However, it is possible to arrive earlier or leave later if no other reservation is impacted.
