"For a one-night stay, it was a fine hotel. But, the one thing that will keep us from staying at a Microtel again was the shower - or lack of a shower. The water pressure was non-existent and there was no way to adjust the direction of the water - just straight down. Worst shower ever!"

"Room 128 was not cleaned after we returned to the room later, help desk said all the maids called out? So asked for another room! A/C would not work! Check out a day early and went somewhere else."

"What I liked about this motel was that it was on a private beach and close to all stores. Parking was good and convenient, the view from our room was excellent. What was not to my liking was there was no one at the front desk the entire time we were there and no maid service( fresh towels, toilet paper, ect)."

"The indian guy in the front desk was so racist, put us on the first floor because we were asians and it was our first time there - he was so rude!"

"This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good "

Nice selection of complementary drinks throughout the stay. Comfortable room/bed. It was quiet while we were there but able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Overall nice stay. Plenty of parking. "

"When I first walked in, I was greeted with a sign that said that the pool was closed for maintenance that was not indicated on their website anywhere one of the amenities I was looking for for my autistic grandson. The room itself at first glance seemed OK but but had an overwhelming smell of mildew…. then we noticed the multiple stains all over the carpeting and the bedding….we had no smoke detector… actually, the base of the smoke detector was still visible, but you could see where it had been...
