Seven Springs Townhouse with WiFi/NetFlix

This finely-decorated town home is located in the Laurel Highlands of Western Pennsylvania in the Swiss Mountain community of Seven Springs Resort. Master bedroom with queen & full bath. Bedroom 2 with double. Bedroom 3 with two twin bunk beds (room sleeps 4). Second full bath upstairs. Half bath downstairs. Sleeper sofa in living room. Armstrong Zoom II high-speed (300 mbps download) wireless internet access. Cable HD TV with NetFlix and Amazon Prime providing access to hundreds of free movies and TV shows. Please inquire for same-day arrivals and single night rentals.

The 3BR townhouse is about one mile from the slopes/lodge. There is a free shuttle bus service between the Swiss Mountain condo area and the slopes/lodge. It will pick you up right outside in the condo parking lot and get you over to the lodge in about 10 minutes. The buses runs continuously from 8am-2am on weekends during the ski season and special events. They are "on call" during the week and throughout most of the off season. Just call over to the hotel and they will pick you up in about 10 minutes.

Keyless entry. Renters will receive a 4-digit code that will unlock deadbolt for the duration of rental period.

The host was very easy to communicate with, and the property suited our needs for a Thanksgiving for three adults and two dogs. Everything worked, the unit was very clean on arrival, and seating and beds comfy for watching TV and sleeping. The directions for check in and check out were very detailed, which we appreciated.

Works for me so back a 2nd time

Stayed at this unit a couple of years ago and was satisfied so when I saw it was available this year I rented it again. The net is, if you're looking for affordable accommodations convenient to the 7 Springs area and aren't averse to older decor and are ok with no AC this place will work for you.

Amazing Large Group Stay

My friends and I started for a weekend while skiing/ snowboarding at 7 springs and it was so amazing!! The check in process was so smooth. There is ample parking right in front of the place. We used the shuttle and it cane at least every 5 min and it was a short shuttle ride to the resort. I would recommend to anyone! The checkout process was also very smooth and uncomplicated (which is a huge perk compared to other stays I have had).

Better than expected

The pictures are dark but the place was brighter and cleaner than portrayed. It has a rustic feel so older appliances and furniture but it went with the vibe. The fireplace was the best part about the place!

Great location! Clean house, wonderful host

I will provide factual points about this property during our 5-day winter vacation.1. Location - very convenient, few minutes drive to the slopes. There's a shuttle that goes around regularly, we are a few steps to bus stop #8. Our kids come and go as the wished.2. Bathroom amenities - there was plenty of toilet paper, bath towels, hand soap. Bring your own shampoo, soap.3. washer/dryer - it was working and in good condition. Bring your own detergent, softener, and dryer sheets.4. Kitchen - stainless steel pots, paper towels, dish liquid, trash bags, etc. The fridge was clean.5. a/c - heating was fine. Thermostat is old with no accurate temperature setting, but just try to find a good comfortable temp; turn dial to right for more heat. There were several thermostats around the house, so you can control temperature in different areas.6. Bedrooms - the beds were comfortable, the sheets are clean. I especially like that the master bedroom had white sheets, you can easily tell it is clean. The sofa bed in the living room wasn't as comfortable.7. Other - there were hooks, and slots for skis and snowboards, under the stairs is a storage room. So there was ample space for a big family.All the necessary comforts were well provided. The house, furniture, and appliances are old, but they work. That's good enough for what we need for a comfortable stay. I wasn't disappointed in anything with this property.

This was the worst possible experience with accommodations ever. Filthy. Disgusting. Couldn't have been any more awful. Everything was pure grime, grit and smelly filth.

Property dated and needs upgrades....No A/C should not even list it for rent in July August time frame or should at least let people know. Bunk beds are pads great for kids not adults (backache). would not recommend

I didnt like stairs bedrooms were all upstairs. We were older ladies staying and was a bit hard going up and down stairs. But,its my own mistake for not checking it out in more depth. The place and property was very nice.

Summer event at 7 Springs - a good choice for me

To start off, for most trips decor is not a deal breaker for me. I could care less if a place has the latest and greatest decorations or the furniture matches the drapes. In this case a friend and I were attending a multi day event in the 7 Springs area and we were literally only in the condo to sleep. It was clean, all the appliances we used worked, and the beds were fairly comfortable. The decor is definitely 1980s but it didn't bother me. True, there was no AC, but the portable fans kept the bedrooms breezy. Yes, there is carpet in the bathrooms, but it didn't impact my stay. The price is comparable to the 7 Springs room rate and it had the privacy of separate bedrooms and baths and a full kitchen. Michael was communicative but not intrusive and has a sense of humor to boot. If I return next year I'd be fine with staying there again. Net, if you're looking for a place with more space than a hotel room in the 7 Springs area, a comparable price and aren't concerned by older decor this condo should be on your list.
