"Chalet Le Katanga" is a 4-room chalet spanning 102 m2 across 2 levels, partly renovated in 2025 and appointed with comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout. The property accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal vacation rental for families seeking a mountain retreat. On the ground level, an entrance hall with a separate WC welcomes you upon arrival. The spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a cable television, a hi-fi system, and forced-air heating, with direct access to a large south-facing terrace overlooking a lawn with beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The open kitchen is fully equipped and also provides access to a south-west facing terrace. On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 3 rooms. The first is a children's room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a heating stove. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a heating stove, and access to a south-facing balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 pull-out bed accommodating 2 persons, with 2 sleeping surfaces each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a heating stove, and access to a south-facing balcony. The single bathroom on the upper floor includes both a bath and WC. Parquet floors and carpet feature throughout the chalet, adding warmth and character to the interior.
