They welcomed us with print out in English with all the hotel information. There’s a great Jeju black pork restaurant next door and it’s super easy to walk to the beach from the hotel. This hotel will always be our first choice when coming back to Jeju!"

"This was a really great place, with a very comfortable room which had a small working kitchen. It is next to a swimming area, and has a washing machine that guests can use (may have to wait for others). My room was overlooking the rubbish area so I got woken up each 6amish by the rubbish truck, but I really didn't mind given the quality of the room. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but was very helpful anyway. There is a 24 hour convenience store, along with a couple of nearby food options."

"I was in Jeju with my wife for one week, we spent 3 nights at lotte city hotel and the rest here, at kai Hotel. I can personally say that cleanliness was better (much better) in kai hotel than lotte, the rooms were really quiet and you will have a great sleep, the beach is only 2 minutes walking distance. The only problem was that the pool was closed :( but it was due weather problems. I totally recommend this place !"
