"Once the apartment was booked, communication with the host was almost immediate. Ms. Sue was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, checked up on us, and ensured we had all we needed.
She was available at any time we needed her and was always pleasant; even after we departed, she contacted us to inquire about our safe arrival.
The environment was quiet, safe, and peaceful.

"Paid for a service and got no booking or check in information. Zero contact from host and Expedia refuse to refund my money . Do not recommend ! BIG SCAM and I’ll and be reporting fraud."

"My stay was comfortable and awesome. The cleanliness and availability of household effects made me very relaxing, plus the safety and security of the area is phenomenal. Parking is also available on the premises. Thanks again for the wonderful and reasonable accommodation."

"The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He was available to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The property and appliances needs updating. One bedroom had an oder for the whole length of our stay. We had to leave the door open so the smell wouldn't be so strong.One of the bathrooms had small ants so every evening we had to use bug spray to kill them."

"Family of Nine Left Stranded Outside in the Dark
An extremely distressing experience. I booked Flowers of Joy Wellness Villa through Hotels.com for nine family members, including my elderly mother and four children aged 7–14.
The host called on check-in day and I confirmed arrival between 5–6 pm. Check-in was advertised until 9 pm. At 6:06 pm, I WhatsApped to say we were almost there; the message was delivered. We arrived at 6:20 pm, but repeated calls went unanswered. At 6:24 pm, I messaged...
