"This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “
If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception !

The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches...

"The properties are very good but the elevators aren’t very convenient because it is usually very busy and packed and parking in the parking garage can be very expensive as you have to pay each time you leave."

"The staff were wonderful but no welcome drink as listing said. Only one coupon free drink for 3 people and have to go to the onwer store at another location to get it. The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins."

"Very dirty and smell.
Pillows cases smell, bed sheets cover smell very bad. old and discolored bath towels.
Sofa is supper dirty and smell like some one pissed on it.
It takes 20 minutes to wait for elevator to get in the room on 25th floor. Too crowded in elevator and elevator is dirty and smell.
I don't recommend to rent this apartment
Căn hộ rất dơ, ra giường bao gối quá dơ và hôi hám, ghế sofa hôi mùi nước tiểu.
Đợi chờ quá lâu để dùng thang máy lên tầng 25, phải mất 20 phút.
