Platja sud de Cha-Am

Overall, this is quite a decent place to stay. The rooms are a bit worn and could use some updating, but everything works as it should. The location is excellent, with both the BTS and MRT stations within easy walking distance, while the neighborhood remains relatively quiet. There is some traffic noise in the rooms, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The staff were superb, although that’s something I’ve come to expect from hotels in Thailand. The only thing that really bothered me was the lack of hooks or towel racks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels and swimwear. It’s such a simple and inexpensive thing to fix, yet it became surprisingly frustrating during our stay. Unfortunately, that alone cost the hotel one star in my rating.
