Les Ecologies; two private gites next to each other, sleeping 8 people, set in attractive gardens with a pool, having views over Cessenon sur Orb village.

Each gite has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room, open plan well-equipped modern kitchen and living area. Gite 1 has 2 ensuite bathrooms with shower, and Gite 2 has 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Each gite has its own furnished terrace overlooking the pool which can be heated on request. The whole space is exclusively for your use. There is a BBQ area and the gardens have views over Cessenon sur Orb. Climate control has been installed in 2023 in both gites.

The Gites are situated in a quiet part of the village within walking distance of the main village with its restaurants, bars, bakeries, butchers, supermarket and amenities. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Bikers and cyclists are welcome, and there is plenty of parking on site.

The pool is a good size 10 X 4 and loungers are provided. We also have a built in BBQ area for your use. There is a separate laundry area with 2 washing machines behind the gites so you won't have to look at washing drying whist sipping wine from the terrace. Both Gites have ecological heating systems and new climate control systems fitted in 2023, which make them ideal for winter or summer stays.

Cessenon also benefits from having restaurants and bars open all year round and the Carrefour supermarket is open from 8 until 8 nearly everyday (*8- 13h on Sunday and public holidays).
The butcher is second to none and I can highly recommend him. You can also order the day before if you want something special for your BBQ. Wise to do in summer when it's busy.

The gites are not far from the river, just down the hill, where there is fishing, kayaking, and the water is quite shallow at the beach so ideal for younger children to explore whilst the older ones can find deeper spots for swimming and jumping in. In summer months there is often live music at the local bars and the village Fete in August, so you can dance the night away or stay at home in the calm.

The gites are well equipped and simple to live in with plenty of space for your belongings. The entrance is gated so ideal for children to roam around in safety, although we advise that you always watch children near the pool area which can be accessed from the garden. There is lots to do and see in the area, walkers and bikers/ cyclists can go directly from the house.
