Stone farmhouse of 1872 in the most total tranquility and peace.

Finely restored stone farmhouse of 1872.
The property is spread over three floors, where on the ground floor has been obtained an apartment of about 52m2, consisting of kitchen with a sofa bed, double bedroom and sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower.
If necessary we have the possibility to add a box / bed for 4/5 years old children.
The house is accessed via two pedestrian passages.
The car can be left in a public car park which is about 60 / 70mt from the property.
The house is completely fenced and has two internal courtyards where you can spend time outdoors or where to have a barbecue.

Perfect stay

Het was een heel mooi huisje. Alles aanwezig om te koken , slaapkamer was heel netjes en authentiek met smaak ingericht , tuintje werd elke ochtend geveegd en met tuinkussens ingericht door Antonella ! We kregen zelfs een taartje toen we arriveerden en mede daardoor voelden we ons zéér welkom. De omgeving is erg mooi al moet je wel even rijden voor een klein strandje aan het schitterende meer .We komen graag nog eens terug !

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in altem Steinhaus

Mein Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Antonella und Stefano war wunderbar. Beide sind unglaugblich nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Ich kam an meinem ersten Tag erst sehr spät an und beide haben noch auf mich gewartet und mir sogar Essen gebracht. In der Küche wartet dann sogar noch Obst und ein selbstgebackener Kuchen auf mich. Antonella hat sich stets vergewissert, dass alles OK ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Man merkt, dass Antonella die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet hat und auch pflegt. Die Wohnung ist auch gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, sodass man sich dort auch gut selbst verpflegen kann. Im Garten kann man wunderbar entspannen, ein Buch lesen oder seinen morgendlichen Kaffee genießen. Ich habe die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen mit meinem Hund ausgesucht und es war perfekt. Das Auto konnte in der Nähe geparkt werden und alle kleinen Strände und Orte können problemlos mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würde immer wieder kommen. :)

Urlaub in Colma/ Cesara

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Wir nutzten die Unterkunft für tägliche Ausflüge in die Umgebung vor allem zu den Lago di Orta , Lago Maggiore und Lago di Mergozzo. Werktags hört man aus dem Tal eine Metallverarbeitende Fabrik werkeln.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten den Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern und unserem Hund. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und mit toller Terrasse in ruhiger Lage. Als Überraschung erhielten wir von unserer Vermieterin einen leckeren Kuchen und Obst geschenkt - sehr lecker. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar wenn eine Frage bestand aber dennoch im Hintergrund. Wir fühlten uns insgesamt sehr wohl und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Alla Casa doet haar naam eer aan; het voelt als thuiskomen. Een warm welkom, alles werd goed uitgelegd en daarna troffen we een heerlijk taartje aan op de keukentafel. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, een eigen terras met eettafel en zitje, schitterend uitzicht, heel gezellige en knusse accommodatie. En schoon! Het enige minpunt is het (te) smalle en krakende bed. Gelukkig was er een eenpersoons opklapbed. De locatie is precies wat we wilden, afgelegen en heel ustig.

A lovely home in a beautiful area

We had an amazing week at this property! There was a warm welcome from the hosts and then plenty of privacy in the comfy apartment and garden with sweeping views of the mountains. We had an excellent stay and would love to come again in the future. The lake and surrounding area is stunning!

A fabulous place to stay

Antonella and Stefano are superb hosts, very attentive without being intrusive. We loved Antonella's apricot tart and tiramisu - thank you! The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous terrace with views over the valley to Cesara and the mountains beyond. It was a great place to enjoy coffee and eating outside under the shade of a huge parasol. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Lake Orta is lovely. Much quieter than the bigger lakes and well worth visiting.

Sehr schöne Ferienswohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und bestens eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche. Die Terasse und der schöne Garten laden zum Verweilen ein, auch mit Hund. Die Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen, sind sehr liebenswürdig, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Colma di Cesara ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ferienaktivitäten aller Art. Der ideale Ort zum Ausspannen, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Merveilleux !

Une maison superbe à flanc de montagne dans laquelle rien ne manquait, un jardin très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la petite ville de Cesara ! Antonella et Stefano sont vraiment des personnes adorables et très à l'écoute de leurs locataires ! Si nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique région c'est en grande partie grâce à eux , nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions d'Antonella avec une mention spéciale pour son tiramisu !! Si nous retournons dans le Piémont, ce sera chez Antonella et Stefano !

Authentische gemütliche Unterkunft mit herzlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeden Komfort. Die Sitzbereiche im Terrassenbereich bieten einen eindrucksvollen Blick in das Tal und auf den Hauptort Cesara. Die GastgeberInnen Antonella und Stefano sind unübertroffen herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt. Der kleine Supermercato in Cesara ist gut sortiert. Das lebendige Städtchen Omegna und die kleinen Strände vom benachbarten Pella sind mit dem PKW problemlos zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine schöne entspannte Woche

Zur Begrüßung hat Antonella einen leckerern Kuchen gebacken und einen Obstteller bereitgestellt 😊 mit einem so herzlichen Empfang ist unser Urlaub perfekt gestartet Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist für den Hund ausbruchsicher, somit war der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse entspannt. Im Dorf hat es nur 2 Hunde, daher war auch das Gassi gehen für uns entspannt, da unser Hund mit anderen Hunden ab und an Probleme hat Antonella und Stefano sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit Jederzeit da und dennoch zurückhaltend. Da ich an meinem Rennrad einen Defekt hatte, hat Stefano und sein Neffe diesen schnell behoben. (Beide haben ein Radgeschäft) Auch haben wir von Colma aus viele schöne Wanderungen machen können Wir waren rundum zufrieden und konnten den Urlaub dort sehr genießen Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Ideal geeignet als Stützpunkt für Wander-, Mountainbike- oder Sightseeingtouren rund um den Ortasee. Die Wohnung in einem alten ursprünglichen Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bergkette westlich des Ortasees. Zum See kann man in 30 Minuten (nach Ronco) wandern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter !

Magnificient stay in Colma

Great location, on the Colma hill. Stefano and Antonella were super hosts. I went to run with Stefano to discover the woods. Antonella was always there to help you, even she served a super lasagna. The location is prefect for biking, hiking, swiming in the lago d'Orta and trail running. Also our dog was very welcome. You have a private garden (fenced) and all comfort. It is very quited and terras is perfectly south located. This stay was realy amazing and we will definitely return! Else and Tom

Un séjour mémorable

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison d’Antonella et Stefano. Tout y était réuni pour que nous y soyons très heureux. La demeure a le charme d’une ancienne propriété rénovée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Les espaces extérieurs dont nous avons pu profiter chaque jour sont très agréables. Grâce aux talents de jardiniers d’Antonella et Stefano, le jardin est un véritable havre de paix. Le calme du village et la vue sur la montagne sont très propices à se relaxer. Quant à l’appartement, il était bien adapté aux besoins de notre famille de quatre. Il est à la fois fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée et aménagée : nous avons pu trouver toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, ainsi que quelques denrées très appréciables pour démarrer le séjour. De plus, le logement était d’une propreté impeccable, telle que nous l’avons rarement rencontrée lors de nos précédents séjours en France ou à l’étranger. Enfin, pour couronner le tout, Antonella et Stefano ont été pour nous des hôtes particulièrement aimables, chaleureux, attentifs et nous garderons en mémoire les échanges et moments privilégiés passés en leur compagnie. En somme, ils envisagent l’accueil comme un art de vivre et nous avons pu, grâce à leurs soins, vivre notre séjour dans le bien-être et profiter pleinement des splendeurs du lac d’Orta et de ses environs.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Antonella und Stefano sind sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeber. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Da sie wussten, dass unsere Tochter zeitweise einen Rollstuhl benutzt, hatten sie Rampen über die kleinen Stufen gelegt - eine Freude! Danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
