"This was my first stay at a Canopy by Hilton property. The Canopy sub-brand is advertised as an upscale semi-boutique hotel. The Minneapolis hotel is fully inline with the advertising. Really a very pleasant 4 night stay. Building is a renovated manufacturing factory. The have retained most if not all of the original timber posts and beams-very interesting. Property is 2blocks from the Guthrie, walking paths along the Mississippi and several museums. The in-house restaurant, Umbra, was a cut...
