  • In the middle of a vineyard of + 100 ha, 15 minutes from Vias airport, 10 minutes from Béziers, 15 minutes from the beaches of Valras, 30 minutes from Cap d'Agde suite of 59 m² with quality services, 2 bedrooms one with bathroom, toilet and double sinks with its private rear terrace overlooking the vineyard, the second with 2 electric beds, walk-in shower and double sinks, small private outdoor terrace, second separate enclosed toilet with Italian shower and sink, fully equipped new living room-kitchen area, all opening onto a private covered front terrace for fresh dinners. Access reserved for guests from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to our indoor swimming pool, heated, sunroof, deckchairs, games, slide pool. Provision of a barbecue (unless barbecue restriction by prefectural decree) plancha for evenings to the song of the cicadas.

Five star plus holiday

Best property by far that we have stayed in on our many trips to the south of France. Gabriele and Michael are wonderful hosts and went far and beyond to make our stay special. The property was spotlessly clean and every convenience was available to us including the wonderful swimming pool. Hopefully we will manage to return in the not too distant future, Jim and Helen

Fantastic

The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The surroundings beautiful and tranquil The hosts, Gabriele and her husband were warm, courteous, hospitable. Nothing was too much for them, and we got truly spoiled by them, surprising us with baguettes, croissants and pain-au-chocolats for breakfast! We will definitely be going back in the future.

Un excellent séjour au canal du midi

Un cadre charmant et reposant avec une superbe piscine. Nos enfants (9 et 16 ans) étaient ravis. Merci à Gabriele qui a pensé à tout pour faciliter notre installation! A noter que les hôtes parlent couramment allemand. Très appréciable dans notre cas.

Amazing experience at a fantastic property with absolutely wonderful hosts.

Staying at this property was easily one of the very best experiences we as a family have had renting a vacation home. The property is extremely well equipped, very comfortable and the pool is very nice. The house has lush gardens, wonderful outdoor spaces and is beautifully situated amongst the vineyards of Cers (but close enough to larger places like Beziers so as not to be isolated). Arguably though, the best feature of this property is the hosts. Gabriele and her husband went well beyond what can reasonably be expected of a host in terms of hospitality, service and care for us during our stay. In short: we had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property and would not hesitate to visit again.
