The area where the desk and fridge were located only had a dim desk lamp and I had to use the light on my phone to find things in my bag in that area. "Lugar muy accesible a la ciudad"

No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"

"Everything was within walking distance"

"Staff were very quick to shut down conversations as they came across as very busy. They messed up my itemised payment. I contacted them twice before arriving about spas and treatments and got no replies. I am since chasing a receipt and still not got it after 5 attempts."
