Kids were running around the hotel unsupervised the entire time. And both nights we were woken up in the middle of the night by loud noises in the hallway and outside the hotel from unsupervised teenagers. "The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line.
