"Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. Very nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend recommended."

"It was a clean place with very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the room that we stayed in smelled like somebody had smoked in it previously, but the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was good for the one night stay."

"We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot."

"Our travel companion is handicapped and needed a roll-in shower. He specifically called and spoke to person at the property and reserved that room not just an assessable room. He called more than a week prior to make sure it was available and was assured it was reserved.
We got to the property and were told the room was not available. The man on duty says well I can cancel your reservation and you can go somewhere else. This was 4th of July weekend on Galveston Island. Not many choices at...

"The room was clean. The staff was wonderful and very patient, parking was acceptable and seemed safe, and great air-conditioning. It may have been an issue of timing, but the continental breakfast seemed a little skimpy. PS doesn’t hurt to have the Waffle House within walking distance ha ha"

"The hotel itself was great! The train coming through at all hours of the night multiple times was rough. The train woke us up so many times. The beds were very firm and the pillows were flat.
The staff was amazing and helpful. The towels were always fresh when we got back from being out all day. I would come back if the train was not coming through at all hours."

"El hotel está bastante bien respecto a calidad/precio. La piscina era muy bonita y toda esa área estaba muy limpia. A pesar de lo concurrido que estaba por ser 4 de julio. Fui con mi esposo y otra pareja. Éramos cuatro en una habitación doble, el espacio era suficiente y la vista de la habitación era un 10. La comida fue bastante buena y la atención del personal fue excelente. Aún así creo que deberían de ponerle un poco de atención a la sala de juegos que se encuentra en el lobby ya que estaba...
