"The property is greatly located with proximity of anything in historic center. Staff accommodated us as much as they could and did extra Steps to make things happened. The breakfast was awesome."

"Lite struligt med att hämta ut sin nyckel till sitt rum någostans i gamla stan. Vårt rum utan fönster på en trång bakgård. Ok dock men litet. Frukost.. tja.. nescafepåse och kex med sylt som stod på rummet. Jobbigast dock att det låg på en ö (jättefint och trevligt), men som icke boende får man inte åka bil där (än mindre parkera), mer på en parkering vid hamnen, där det alltid är fullt sommartid. Även svårt på landsidan = långt att dra med resväska. Passwordet till wifi var inte rätt och ingen...

"Underbart ställe med bästa utsikten på takterrassen! Vi hade även en terrass ute för rummet som gjorde vistelsen ännu trevligare. Frukosten serverades på takterrassen och det erbjöds olika söta saker, frukt, ägg, toast, youghrt och müsli, kaffe och juice. Magiskt! Toppen läge och rummet hade allt som behövdes. "

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay. We had an issue with our room the first night but the hotel found an alternative and offered us dinner to compensate. The hotel is lovely, well kept and the pool area, whilst small, is a real find. The services are limited at the hotel, but you can order drinks which are collected from the sister property just up the road. After our stay I realised I’d left my AirPods which the hotel located and sent back to me, which I was very appreciative of. I’d not hesitate to stay here...

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans ce palais chargé d’histoire, grâce à la gentillesse et la générosité de toute la famille. Ce très beau palais est situé en plein cœur du centre historique. Les petit déjeuners servis sur la terrasse sont incroyables et surtout, c’est l’expérience humaine qui fait la différence : on ne se sent pas à l’hôtel mais accueilli par une famille qui a à cœur de partager son histoire et de vous faire passer un formidable moment de Dolce Vita. "Staff giovane, gentilissimo ed efficiente. Camera molto bella, confortevole e in posizione ottimale per godersi Gallipoli. La vista dai terrazzini è magnifica. La notte c'è un pò di baccano nella piazzetta antistante ma questo fa parte della vita notturna gallipolina, niente di fastidioso comunque. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico e per questo ringrazio tutto lo staff."
