"The staff was accommodating, Their air condition was so loud we had to change rooms. The second room was fine but still loud. The bed was comfortable. The first day breakfast was decent but not the second day, The pool seemed dirty on the first day of stay, some white floating substance kept me away from taking a dip. "We’ve stayed at this property annually for the last 9 years or so. This property is really getting dated with a lack of maintenance and cleaning, and could use a refresh. Don’t think our room was really cleaned, or at least not very well when we checked in. The Courtyard Marriott across the street, which we stayed at earlier this year, seemed better maintained. The Residence Inn will likely lose my business to the new Homewood Suites hotel being built across the street."
