"Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again."

"We booked a 2 queen bed and paid for it online. We paid that morning. We arrived from Florida at around 12 am (midnight). When we arrived to our room, there was only one bed in there. We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available. The staff took about 10 minutes to come to the front, like she was doing something in the back. Expedia called the front desk and COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Staff was respectful...

"I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!"

"I was denied a refund by the Hotel due to booking with Expedia. I had a change in my travel plans resulting in a shorter stay than booked. The Hotel advised they could not refund the unused/cancelled day since I booked through Expedia, even though I paid direct at the Hotel. This will be the last time I use Expedia, this is a very unfriendly Consumer practice. I may contact my Bank and dispute the charges. "

"There are no words. 62 years of staying in hotels I have never seen a hotel in this shape. It was horrible! 1/ I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. I finally had to call the number on the desk to get them. 2/The rooms were not cleaned. In one room there was a vape, (I thought it was a non-smoking hotel) the chair in one room had ashes and burn marks, one room had no refrigerator the other room’s refrigerator was full of frost and had food, the microwave was...
