"The rooms are not sound proof, I can here people walking and running above me. They left a previous customer dirty underwear in the bathroom. There are homeless people around the hotel that walked in and help themselves to coffee and there is no security personnel to watch the premises. I didn't feel safe so I won't be going back there. I love holiday Inn ihg but after this one, I'm thinking twice about it."

The vibe of the entire building was so cool and the layout and décor is stunning.
