"We lucked out with Casa Palma! Such a gem! My fiance and I went to Casa Palma to escape everyday LA life and were greeted with hospitality from this entire staff, especially Jeovani, Allison, and I don’t remember her name but the waitress at their restaurant. The location is close to everything, the AC is superb, and the amenities are perfect for a staycation or anything else you might be looking for. We will absolutely be back!"

"I never even stayed here as Inhad to leave unfortunately… They were very shameful as I came in when they saw I had two dogs and we’re very keen to shame me into informing me they only allow one pet per room. "My family and I booked 6-8 rooms at the Triada Palm Springs this past weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. While the resort itself is cozy and the general staff was absolutely wonderful and kind, our entire trip was ruined by an employee, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
