"This hotel smelled like dampness throughout the entire property. I'm not sure what caused this smell but it was a bit unpleasant. The rooms and property were otherwise clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great though the second day they were short staffed and the person doing breakfast was very stressed and falling behind. The second person that had been helping the day before did not show up and when they showed up late they did not come and assist which I found unacceptable and I did...

"Our room was not cleaned and we stayed two nights. Saturday night super expensive. The hotel is old and could use some upgrades. The people next to my room 307 were loud on Saturday night, kids jumping late at night and their parents arguing late at night and early morning. Impossible to get good sleep. Dog barking next door on Sunday night, seemed like the dog was unattended."

"Very interesting and quaint property in the woods. Great for nature-lovers. Arrived early, told we couldn't check in yet. Came back. Both times we had to hunt up a staff person not at the desk. Room was spacious (nice). Bathroom was EXTREMELY small, no safety bar in the shower. Bed not comfortable, frame sticks out on the sides. Breakfast very minimal (little biscuits and pre-portioned oatmeal cups) We would not return."

"So far the best hotel in area, finally no carpet room smells so fresh and nice, towels first time in the hotel towels smells good not chlorine any hotel you go towels smells like chlorine, furniture brand new double sink king bed so comfortable chairs amazing actually you can sit down comfortably not like other hotels chairs terrible or even they just office chairs or even just for the look but not comfortable to sit down and relax and I’m so glad no breakfast just coffee and coffee so good...

"Great location. Close to dunes, beaches, pier,marina, fishing, restaurants. With a great restaurant/bar on site. Room was clean and well maintained. Watching the bridge rotate was cool. This is a contactless property and fine by us."
