"Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived after a very long travel day and switched to another room where the AC WORKED partially. The room was not cleaned very well. This hotel defiantly needs to be remodeled and that carpet needs to be removed it was disgusting. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff were nice. I will not stay at this property again when I visit Montgomery."

"Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. "

"The only thing about the hotel there was no where to park at the hotel. Arrived at 8:00 pm. The parking garage blocked off by police die to night life events. $ 10 garage parking. Will have to find parking and figure out a way to unload items at checkin if parking late nights. They have Valet parking."

"Our 2nd stay here for 2 nights..Property was clean and up to standard. Staff was very nice and showed us a lot of hospitality. Love the rooftop pool. Staff was very professional . Theybhild thevdoors for you and greet you when entering and exiting the building. I'd stay a third time!"

"We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she...

"The lobby area was tidy and clean. The vending machines were cash/coin only, which can be an inconvenience for guests - in this age of tap and go, not being able to use a card can be frustrating. The room was clean, but missing piece of wooden trim at the base of the tub gave a run-down and neglected appearance."

"The hotel was very modern and a convenient downtown location. It is right next to legacy museum and close to many restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and stay here again!"

"Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. "The place was, frankly, a disgrace. I would skip it, is the best advice I can give. The Hotel was not clean or kept up. I will include pictures because you wouldn't believe if you didn't see it. The bathroom was a wreck, literally. They must not have maintenance there. The towel rack was bent. The toilet seat was loose.
