"The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The property is a little older than most Holiday Inns I've been to but very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that catering in the evening was very limited - my own fault for not checking when booking. Plenty of eating options close by"

"Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. "Property in location very near city centre, communication with agent excellent, property does require some minor maintenance which the agent accepted and said they would address ( cracked floor tiles kitchen area, fridge door does not close properly, some stains on carpet area). "First off a little delay in communicating check in instructions. The location is down some narrow alleyways. There are 6 lock boxes for keys, so that took a little figuring out.
