"Restaurant and lounge were nice. Room carpet was stained and dirty looking. Bathmat towel had a boot print on it. The small shampoo and lotion bottles were half used. Staff was friendly. There was only one washcloth in the room, and when I asked the front desk about that, she said that that was their policy which she thought was different."

My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. "The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better."

"We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
