"The staff were terrific and the hotel was clean. My biggest complaint is that we did not receive housekeeping service after our first day and were not advised if this is normal or what the situation is. Plus, there were four of us in the room, which they knew, but there were only three towels and three washcloths. The man running the breakfast area was a rock star. "The probability is getting a little age, we have been going there, and they updated a few years ago, but it’s already showing age, I’m sure they have a lot of customers, however, I was very disappointed in the cost. They used to be a budget hotel now it’s a budget hotel without a budget pricing."

"Cost was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly."

"This facility was hard to find. The sign from the road was Smart Extended Stay - or something like that, but in front of the building are a bunch of U-hauls available for rent, so you can't really see the faciltity from the road. Don't go down the road to the back - the office is in the front building. Park in the front. The front desk person was very nice. Check in and out was easy. The room was fine, nothing to complain about. The room must have originally been 2 double beds (or queens)...

"Very slow reception. My room was also assigned to other perspn"
