Makes no effort to accommodate or provide information for disabled or handicapped visitors. Signage is terrible. There are no benches for people to sit, even in the lobby where you check in/out. Maintenance fixed our bathroom sink and left towels and dirt all in the sink and on the floors. The furniture in the room was stained and dirty.

While this is an older hotel, it does have a lot of amenities that the family would love. Unfortunately the bathroom in my hotel room was not cleaned and the showered failed to drain until I cleared the hair and debris from the drain catcher. I was only here one night, so I did mention it when checking out. Also, the website claimed that all the rooms have recently been updated, but I don’t think that applied in the tower where I stayed. The stand for the sink was rusty and the back of the bathroom door had a huge crack in it. So, maybe they haven’t had the opportunity to update all the rooms. However, the staff that I encountered were all helpful and friendly.
