"The property was fantastic and the staff could not have been more kind and flexible. From ordering breakfast with the simplicity of a text message, the staff were always available and everything was so easy! We checked in at night and the area felt a little bit sketchy (it is definitely right up in a very popular nightlife area with people out VERY late) but the area was super cleaned up by morning and felt safe. "Our family of four had a delightful two-night stay at this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Their two bedroom is very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly explained that it temporarily shuts off when the water heater is in use. With this insight, we easily adjusted our hot-shower schedules...

"It’s a heaven for parents with kids. Many things to do around the hotel and it’s safe nearby. The room is nice and clean. Service is great with nice breakfast. We hope to come back soon! "

"We stayed one night but wished we had stayed more. The views were amazing from the 23rd floor and with huge floor to ceiling windows (that opened). The suite was well equipped so a longer stay would have been easy. The location is about one km from the oriente train station (red line) that connects you to everywhere you want to go. The only issue was parking upon arrival as there isn’t anything with all street parking taken almost all the time. Once we realized the public parkade was right...

"So many food options very close to the hotel. Hotel staff VERY helpful with regard to information on where to eat, what to do, etc., especially Tanja! She went ahead and made us a dinner reservation and also told us about the beach options. "
