"Me mandaron a la habitación del ático… muuuuy complicada la subida y bajada con el equipaje"

"Nice apartment, as described, host was helpful, on price for the area but I think a bit expensive overall unsure why hotels in Wolverhampton are so expensive."

"Nos quedamos una noche en camino a Londres. El propietario es muy amable, la cama era cómoda, hay té, café y chocolate en la habitación. De buen tamaño. "

"Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout."

"I travel often to Wolverhampton and had heard that the Hotel was not good; anyway, I decided to give it a go. The bedroom by itself is not bad; the building is not new, and it is outdated ( corridors, stairs, carpet, paint). Not offering breakfast does not give any extra points, but I saw advertised in the Hotel that they will have breakfast soon, and the bar by the entry is fully refurbished and looks good. But when you come in, the hotel smells old. What really upset me was the bathroom. When...

"Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!"

"Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. "

"You get very good instructions how to find the place, keys and location. It is self check in so I didn’t meet any staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Some items felt less maintained like desk and small shelf were a bit wobbly. Mattress was also a bit worn out, i have problems with my back and prefer more firm mattress. Great to have access to a kitchen and loved coffee machine. It was all very clean and well appointed. Inside building nice and quiet but due to being close to a main...

"Ingen eller bristfällig kontakt med värden Fick inchecknings uppgifer 20:30 mot lovat 16:00 Oklar information ang.nycklar och koder Ostädat och allmänt sunkigt"

"The customer service was not good, the communication was hard and the staff was not welcomming"

"The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel"
