"We love the Hampton Inn at Sherwood. The only negatives is no hot tub."

"The front desk staff was wonderful! Beyond and above helping us seniors (late 70s) out! Especially the front desk man. I feel badly I didn't get his name. He was there when we got there, around 4 on 07/21/26 and when we went to breakfast on Wednesday. Will you be able to tell him thank you or do we tell someone else? The Tru directly?? We'd like the Tru to know. We were in room 222. Thank you!"

"The parking spaces were too small … had my door dinged , elevator was filthy, ice machine on my floor was not working , I left some clothes in a drawer and they said they didn’t recover any items …"

"Breakfast is at charge which is ok if they serve a fresh made breakfast. All items are artificial to some degree. Potatoes are served in a cup, etc. I simply had a higher expectation. I paid for parking and couldn’t find a spot… ended up parking out on the street. The tv remote did not work as well. Staff attempted to fix it with no avail. For a hotel with this price point in Lake Oswego I expect better. One last note, the elevators take forever. The property needs some dialed in updates!"

"We have enjoyed our return stay here while visiting Portland. The location is great with the Market and restaurants a short walk. The place is new, fresh and rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and friendly staff. We will return to this place."

"Iman is wonderful. She makes check in a breeze. We love staying here. The rooms are perfect, breakfast is good, it’s quiet and in a great location for food and shopping. It’s easily accessible to/from I-5. We’ve stayed here 3 times and are going back soon for another stay. "
