"The large home and expansive grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We enjoyed our delicious omelette that our host Olga cooked to order for our breakfast. Special touches like coffee anytime, cookies in the evening, and use of the many sitting areas made the place feel homey and comfortable. And I can’t say enough about the views of the farmland from the porches! We will be staying there on our return trip!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

The room was comfortable, which was the most important. The pool area was good. The cleanliness of the halls was oddly off. The free breakfast was skippable. There are so many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely skip the hotel breakfast."
