"Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience."

"The staff was terrific. The hotel is really interesting and in a great location. I would not have wanted to be anywhere else but where I was (in the middle of the historic district). I loved the balcony. My friend and I sat out there every evening. In terms of amenities, because of the hotel's age, the bathrooms are small and basic, the effects of Florida weather are evident on wooden doorways to the outside and in the closet, and things like a small fridge and coffee maker in the room are...

" Booked months in advance and was never told about the hotel being under construction before arriving there. Communication would be more professional in all aspects."

"Coffee and breakfast options were great. Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Definitely would stay again."

"Unfortunately our bathroom was a bit of a mess. The staff attended to our needs but for the amount of money we paid it was frustrating. The staff would have done more us monetarily but because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t. Lesson learned. Also there was old food left in the fridge we had to throw away."

"The breakfast buffet could be better the eggs were not good and hardly any potato options, we don’t eat pork so we were limited. Parking is crazy expensive and there was a strange acting lady who was not a guest following me to my car. You need better security"

"Old and dated. Room was damp, sink leaking, sink only had hot water (not great for brushing your teeth ) and they are under renovations. Fair enough, you’re upgrading probably for those reasons. But this was not disclosed nor discounted for. Loud during the day starting at 7 am. Ice machine not working, gym closed. And generally just beat up. I would not stay until after the renovations. Disappointing the Expedia and the hotel never disclosed this status."

"I didn’t like the false advertisement it’s called the “New Fairfield inn “ yet the walls were peeling off like it had been flooded i have pics and would like a discount or some type of accommodations i asked the hotel manager she said since i booked with a third party i had to reach out to Expedia ! Also i did not care for the breakfast at all the waffle machines were both broke and not making the waffles and the breakfast b just was no taste ! Please let me know about a discount i was very...
