"The rooms especially the floors were VERY dirty. Having small children it was very hard having to tell them to keep socks and shoes on their feet our entire stay. I had to go the store to get products to disinfect our room. There was roaches in our first room and we had to move another. I went to bed and woke up to them crawling in the walls and baby roaches on the floor. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect. "Sheets seemed clean but had dark stains. Old mattress with springs. Remote control was sticky. Saw human hair and food crumbs on the floor. The front bumper of my car was scraped and dented in the parking lot overnight. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until I had already left the property. There were some really sketchy people outside the night I arrived. One girl parked out in the passenger seat of a really beat up car directly outside my room. "The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend."

"Nothing was good about this stay and for $72 it could’ve been better. The room had roaches the desk clerk had us waiting 30 minutes to check in as he was no where to be found drugs and loud music all night I would not ever book this hotel again"

"This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were immaculate and we appreciated the modern technology. I don’t know what coffee you use, but it’s delicious!! Don’t change it! I want to give a special shout out to Lindsey. She’s a gem! We flew in from Chicago for one night to attend a young boy’s funeral so our trip was not for pleasure.
