"What a great place to spend a few days! It’s nothing fancy but everything about this place is exceptional. Cook to order breakfast, real eggs (had to find in a hotel breakfast!), great pool, off the busy strip but close to everything! Direct TV so plenty of channels for a quick rain storm, large pool, friendly staff, clean spacious room- really can’t think of anything negative. We will definitely be back!"

"Had an amazing stay. All the staff were kind and very attentive if we needed anything. The room was clean. The view was outstanding. We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying."

"I have stayed here several times and it is even nicer since they redid the bathrooms and took out the in room jacuzzi that is am sure nobody used. This was the first time not getting a room with a balcony and the room seemed even bigger. Will definitely return."

Then when we checked out they sent us off with a slice of homemade blueberry bread! Will always choose this place to stay. Unlike any other hotel. We were genuinely family when we stayed."

"Beautiful large room with a fireplace and a balcony to sit and watch the creek out back. We used the pool which was so nice. Cookies and lemonade available when we arrived in lobby. Free breakfast that was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend."

We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it. They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...
