The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. "Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "
