"My room had hairs everywhere in thebshower and bed. Then it was thiw horrible smell inside the room. In the breakfast area I found a roach next the preping area."

"There was roaches immediately as we walked into our room the room was “made up” but not wiped down and actually cleaned, the bathroom was terrible. There was a roach in the picture frame for display. The pool was nice looking but didn’t go in. The bottom door didn’t lock so the downstairs smelled like urine."

"Very clean room, spacious, staff very helpful. You can long term park for $10 per day and take their free shuttle to the Sanford/Orlando airport otherwise you will pay $15-20 per se at the airport."

"This was such a nice place to stay. The staff were all so nice and friendly. The room was lovely and had great little touches (like bottles of water). The restaurant next door was a nice addition as well. Overall would recommend this place and would stay here again."

"The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and the room became extremely hot, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The next morning I reported it to the front desk, and I was told there had been a short and that the thermostat had likely become unsynchronized. If that was a known issue, I believe it should have been checked before guests arrived. We were only in town for one night and had hoped to get a comfortable night's rest, especially considering the...
