"Underground parking with elevator right by car was great for the 7 floors here. Room was huge and no complaints on any of the room. Close to interstate so some road noise if AC not running to buffer that noise. Might just be cause I had the last room on a outside wall closet to freeway. Gym was better than most(75lb dumbbells!). Only gripe was breakfast wasnt included. Very clean, nice building decent sized tv with free HBO..will stay here again if in Albany."

"The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, sheets barely covering the lumpy and squeaky mattress, the curtains were stained and dusty and the couch / sofa bed was covered in stains. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this was no where near the quality we have come to expect from Hilton. How this place has such a high rating on Expedia is a mystery. It’s in desperate need of an update and was hands down, the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"Staff at the front desk seemed unhappy and grumpy. Another guest saw the man tending the breakfast area pick his nose and continue touching the fruit, etc. The mattress was like a trampoline and the bed linens were yellowed. I got a cluster of very suspicious bites. Some areas of the lobby and the room weren't very clean. The floor in our room was VERY wet when we checked in as if someone had mopped it with a mop they hadn't bothered to wring out at all. Definitely not worth the amount we paid. "

"Please do not ever go to this place. I was afraid for my life. I stayed 1 hour and went to another hotel. It's seedy, there were people obviously making "transactions" and there were people in the stairwell using drugs. I informed the staff and they were unbothered. Please for your own safety do not stay at this place."

"Charming hotel! This hotel was definitely a gem in its hay day. Although it is a little tired, it is still charming and a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and felt very safe tucked away from the street. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice and had a walking trail where we took the dogs for a stroll. Lots of green space and easy parking. The breakfast was a lovely surprise too with good options and great coffee. Had gluten free options too! The tavern is no longer...
