"The hot tub/spa was gone (cemented over perhaps recently). I was very disappointed to say the least. I let them know that was not a wise decision and that could be a reason someone opts to book with them vs. A competitor. I've stayed at this location before and really liked it. The next time I come back to the area, I may need to reconsider. "Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. "

"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The staff was ok greeting us. The property is nice and clean. The pool had a bit too much film on the surface it for my liking, but otherwise was ok. There were pool noodles in it for my daughter so that was nice. The room was big and comfortable. There is a “Starbucks” place, but no one seemed to man it so we didn’t even try. The area seems ok, just outside the freeway with easy way to get back on. Plenty of food places near by."

"During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...
