"No signs showing where to park, so I parked at the valet parking. No valet there, had to give keys to person at check-in. Sent message that I needed to have car at 6:15 AM as directed. Got to room, sat down on very uncomfortable folding chair and saw a man's sock under the bed. In the morning went to check out, car not there, person at checkout opened the cabinet and said which keys are yours. I found my keys, she gave me a barcode sticker to get out of the garage and was directed to an alley...

"The property is beautiful and it’s great to walk around. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms have spa tubs for 2. The food is amazing especially the breakfast which is included in your stay. And the spa is a must for a massage. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool this year and it was a perfect 84 degrees. All in all the perfect anniversary get away. We have been coming yearly for almost a decade and will continue to do so. "

"The property was spacious and clean; however, the fire system needs to be evaluated again. There was a fire alarm rang at 2:00am and the whole Hotel had to evacuate, it was cold, slight drizzle, and middle of the night. It took 30 mins. for the fire dept. folks to find out, it was a false alarm. I have also heard, this hotel had the similar issue Not too long ago. That was very inconvenience to about 400 people. "
