"I had rented 2 rooms on the 28th of March. Rooms 105 and 106. I took photos of the condition of room 105. Stains on the walls, bathroom ceiling had stains. Toilet roll holder was missing. Dead bugs were visible in the light. The only positive remark about the room the sheets were clean.
Room 106 was filthly. Some one wiped the mirror and Flat screen with dirty water. Unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. My guests refused to stay in the room. I went back to the clerk and told him about my...

"Other than a kiosk in the lobby operated by a staff member remotely, I never saw a single staff member during my stay. Amenities did not seem to exist. I was not on site during the "breakfast hours" either day of my stay, but the lobby did not even serve coffee before or after the designated breakfast times. The coffee packs in the room were so old and stale the coffee was hard to drink. The steps going up to the 2nd floor were very rickety and I would encourage management to make repairs before...
