"Upon check in by a very lovely lady, I was advised there were no coffee pots in the rooms per a new Best Western policy. I stated "If I had known that, I would not be staying here"....the checkin lady was very accomodating and sought out a coffee pot and pods that I could take to my room. The staff ..."
