"This property is in a great location with easy access (traffic light) onto the parkway. It was very clean and beautifully landscaped. From the moment we walked in the door and throughout our stay we encountered very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast every morning was good and well stocked. Our room was clean and nights were quiet - no traffic noise - and we were fortunate to have had quiet neighbors. We will definitely be back."

"I’d give Music Road Resort Hotel a 3.5 out of 5 The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s easy to get in and out of Pigeon Forge, close to just about everything, and we didn’t notice much traffic noise, which was a nice surprise. We stayed in a double queen room with two adults, three kids, and a Pack ‘n Play. There was enough space for everyone, which made the stay comfortable. The room did have the typical hotel odor, and we found a previous guest’s sleep mask, so...

"The lady at the front desk at night was not the most pleasant. Clearly only there for a paycheck. Wasn’t rude or anything but wasn’t too happy to be there. The entire facility seemed to be really clean. However, the sheets seemed to have a slightly odd smell. The room was very clean but sheets seemed questionable. Not a bad stay all but will likely pursue somewhere else next time."

"The room was very smelly. They would not move us and we found black mold all over the walls. Everything was staying wet. We washed the sheets ourselves and drive them woke up the next day and they was wet again. The first room we ever got put in the that was like this and they refused to move us to another room the room number was 120 close to the indoor pool"

"Unfortunately, this morning my sister when to the bathroom and felt something crawling on her neck, when she swatted away it was a live bed bug, for what she came out of the bathroom to let us known and get off of the bed.…We started looking the mattresses and all corner through our phone flashes, we found 3 more bugs bed on the wall and bathroom. We collected the evidences and shared with the receptionist, and left immediately."
