"The front desk was great, she was so helpful. It was booked due to the Charlie Kirk memorial but we were there for it too. The room was good, had a bit of a problem with the air flow in the room but it was comfortable. "

"The staff was good. Ruby took the time to explain everything. The ice maker was broken, the location is not the best. The train track is right next to the hotel and planes flying in because it was right next to the airport. The room was clean and the pool looked like it was well taken care of. The GFI by the sink did not work and the WIFI was down. No dining near by. "

"Nice hotel! We especially enjoyed the happy hour/ dinner. Dinner and drinks are complimentary. Nice selection!! They also have a good restaurant in the hotel with more dinner, drink and dessert choices. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was also very good with many choices. Bartenders were great. Front desk was good. Room was good but towels are super thin and it’s really dark. Bed was comfortable! The area is just ok. It’s not walking distance to...

"The room was well equipped and clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel had everything we needed. They have a great breakfast every morning, free laundry and a nice hot tub. The only suggestion I have it to offer a way for guests to use streaming apps on the televisions. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom were nice but we couldn’t stream any movies or shows. So we were stuck watching the same movies all week. When I come back to Phoenix I will definitely stay here again."
